Boy, 14, critical after being hit by Tesla at Thornlands

A 14-year-old boy is in a critical but stable condition after being hit by a car south-east of Brisbane.
Emergency services were called to Cleveland Redland Bay Road at Thornlands just after 7.30pm on Thursday. 
Police said initial reports suggest the boy was hit by a Tesla before he was taken to the Queensland Children's Hospital.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
Police are investigating the incident.
