Woman charged with attempted murder after man stabbed in Brisbane

A 32-year-old Brisbane woman will face court today after an alleged stabbing at a unit complex in Fortitude Valley yesterday afternoon.
At about 4pm, a 44-year-old Herston man attended the Fortitude Valley Police Station, seeking help for a wound to his abdomen.
It's believed he was injured about half an hour before.

Officers drove to a Bonney Lane unite complex, where a woman was arrested.
She was charged with one count each of attempt to murder, possessing dangerous drugs, possessing drug utensils, and possessing property used in a drug offence.
She will remain in police custody until she appears in Brisbane Magistrates Court today.
The man was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a critical condition.
The pair are believed to be known to each other.
Police want to speak to any witnesses to the alleged attack, or anybody who may have seen the man walking from Bonney Lane to the police station on Brooks Street.
