Video appears to show child riding e-scooter on busy Adelaide road

Drivers in Adelaide were left stunned after they spotted what appeared to be a young child on an e-scooter riding through a busy intersection.
In video, they can be seen waiting at the traffic lights on Craigmore Road at Blakeview in the city's northern suburbs at 5.30pm on Saturday.
Vision shows the rider then turning right onto Main North Road, where the speed limit gets up to 90km/h.

Witness Georgia Beer told 9News the child appeared as young as 10.
"It's a weird thing to see," Beer said.
"I think everyone was a bit in shock to see a child of that age so confident, I guess.
"If a truck came around, even a four-wheel-drive, no one could see him from that low.
"It's definitely not safe for him to be on a main road."
Police are investigating the incident.
